Indigo is a cute smock top and knee-length dress with gathered and exposed frilly seams. The bodice has bust darts and a gently curved empire waistline, with a gathered skirt. Sew Indigo as a hip length top with a dipped hem or as a knee-length dress with a straight hem and handy pockets.
