The 28 mm Rotary Cutter is ideal for your smaller sewing and quilting projects. The blade is razor sharp and perfect for cutting strips and patterns or squaring edges.
Olfa Rotary Cutters are conveniently designed for both right and left handed use. The blade can easily be switched if need be, and features a built-in blade cover to keep you extra safe.
The handle is designed for a comfortable grip, and also has a hang hole so you can carry it with you as you work.
